Governing Council Members
The bodies of the Foundation are the President, the Governing Council, the Executive Committee and the Control Body (Auditor). The Governing Council is responsible for pursuing the aims of the Magna Charta Observatory and is its public voice. It consists of 11 to 15 members, chosen among those playing a leading role in the defense of the fundamental university values and rights. The Executive Committee is composed of 5 members and it is vested with the powers of ordinary administration.
